• To work with relevant public and private agencies and organizations to implement skills-building programmes.

Programmes:
Information Technology
PENYAYANG in collaboration with MAXIS provides basic computer courses to the local community. The Cyberlab project has proven to be a hit with the locals of all ages.

Workshops
Regular workshops ore organized at the centre for different target groups for the local community. Batik workshops, cooking demonstrations, floral arrangement and other skills building programmes have proven to be successful and many in the local community continue to benefit.
