Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia (PENYAYANG) in collaboration with the National University of Malaysia have helped set up a kindergarten to help students with hearing impairment prepare to reintegrate with students in public schools. These students have had a cochlea implant and will learn how to communicate using revolutionary auditory verbal techniques.

TUTUR is an early intervention centre which provides aural rehabilitation services (speech therapy) to children with hearing loss.
